Stuart-Lynn Company worked with Cooper Robertson & Partners on a master planning study intended to facilitate understanding and development of design constraints for a new art Museum on the campus of Michigan State University. The project called for a three-story museum building with a grand entrance, several multi purpose galleries, curatorial, storage and administrative spaces. While it was not fully realized, a subsequent project made use of this study and was eventually funded by Eli and Edythe Broad. A design competition was held, with Architect Zaha Hadid selected to create the final design in late 2007.
